- Do not create unofficial project websites or misleading social pages.
- Do not change price, availability, configuration, timeline or approval claims.
- Obtain customer consent before sharing personal information.
- Never collect unauthorized payments or promise allotment.
- Identify yourself as an authorized partner—not as SN Homes.
Registration information
Applications may require business identity, office details, RERA agent registration, authorized representative details, service locations, experience and references. Submission does not create authorization; written approval is required.
